From beginner to advance this class will teach you the basics from breath control, floating, learning stroke development such as freestyle, ackstroke and much more.

 In our intermediate level swimming lessons, we provide you with an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills. These lessons are designed specifically for those who have skills beyound beginner’s level and are ready to take on more challenging techniques. You will be given the chance to:

Improve your swimming techniques

Our team of experienced and dedicated instructors will work closely with you, providing personalised guidance to refine your freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly stroke. They will ensure that you become more efficient and effective in the water, helping you to move smoothly and swiftly.

Increase your endurance

Through regular practice and structured workouts tailored to your abilities and goals, you will gradually build up your stamina. This will enable you to swim longer distances without experiencing fatigue, enhancing your overall swimming performance.

Learn essential safety skills

At our swimming classes, we place a strong emphasis on teaching vital water safety skills. You will learn how to tread water, float, and dive safely. These skills are crucial in ensuring that you feel confident, secure, and safe in any aquatic environment, whether it’s a pool or the open sea.

Advanced Adults

For anyone 16 years and older who is comfortable in the water, but wants to build confidence, endurance, and technique. Students should be able to jump in, tread water for two minutes, and float on their back.  

We will work together to increase treading time and achieve longer distances in both freestyle and backstroke. Goals for the advanced adult class include a five-minute tread without using any buoyancy device, a 40-yard freestyle swim, and a 40-yard backstroke.

Swimming Master

Masters Swimming is an ongoing program designed to help swimmers improve fitness, train for specific goals, and offer support for a healthy lifestyle through camaraderie.

Speed & Endurance Group

Designed to help those who are already knowledgeable about the four swimming strokes and would like to improve speed and endurance. A trained coach will create workouts incorporating drills, speed, endurance, and stroke practice.
Masters swimmers are coached through swim workouts practicing technique and refinement. Practices vary on distances and intensities based on the individual swimmer’s abilities and goals.

Swimmers work on

Competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke Starts and turns
Drills, and everything in between!
