Stroke Development
At Swim Nation, our Development Squad is designed for motivated swimmers who are eager to take their abilities to the next level. This program is ideal for swimmers who show consistency in training, possess a positive attitude, and are enthusiastic about competing at interzonal, regional, and local swim meets.

Expectations and Goals
The Competitive Squad at Swim Nation is designed for dedicated swimmers to excel in the sport. It's ideal for athletes with consistent training, a positive attitude, and a commitment to competing at national, regional, and local meets. Swimmers will learn advanced technical and swim training elements, work on fitness and stamina, and strive to achieve personal and team goals while maintaining essential water safety practices. 

This program offers expert coaching to help refine techniques and strategies, ensuring swimmers reach their highest potential. By fostering a supportive and challenging environment, we aim to drive our athletes towards competitive success and personal growth in the sport.

Elite SQUAD
For anyone 16 years and older who is comfortable in the water, but wants to build confidence, endurance, and technique. Students should be able to jump in, tread water for two minutes, and float on their back.

We will work together to increase treading time and achieve longer distances in both freestyle and backstroke. Goals for the advanced adult class include a five-minute tread without using any buoyancy device, a 40-yard freestyle swim, and a 40-yard backstroke.
